The new Cristal 2009

Louis Roederer Cristal’s vintage latest realese

On Thursday 27 October 2016, in Milan, Champagne Louis Roederer introduced its latest vintage, Cristal 2009, a luxury release of iconic champagne created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II, and famous for its distinctive flat-bottomed bottles and its well-regarded reputation. Cristal 2009 was unveiled at Fours Season, one of the most charming hotels of the Italian fashion capital. With lively bubbles and a fresh, fruity mouthfeel, the new champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%) that shimmers in its distinctive flat-bottomed glass bottle. The wine is aged for six years in the cellars and left for a minimum of eight months after disgorging to attain the perfect maturity.
