From October 7 to 13, 2024, the first hybrid event in the sector brings together the digital world and jewelry art in the prestigious Giardino Senato


The Digital Jewelry Week (DJW) returns for its second edition from October 7 to 13, 2024, ready to revolutionize the jewelry industry with the launch of its first hybrid event. For the first time, this unique event will combine cutting-edge digital innovation with an exclusive in-person gathering at the prestigious Giardino Senato in Milan, marking a historic moment for the global jewelry community.

On October 12, DJW will host a one-day in-person event at Giardino Senato, a renowned venue known for its elegance and history, which has previously hosted prestigious brands like Cartier. Located in the heart of Milan, the fashion capital of the world, this event offers a unique opportunity for participants to interact directly with industry leaders, innovators, and creatives from around the globe.

Following the success of its inaugural year in 2023, which saw over 10,000 participants, DJW 2024 is pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the jewelry industry. The hybrid format not only brings the event to a wider global audience through its fully digital platform, but also offers face-to-face interactions in one of Milan's most iconic locations. The event at Giardino Senato will serve as a hub for creativity, collaboration, and inspiration, setting a new standard for inclusivity and innovation in the world of jewelry.

Dario Rjeili, founder of the Digital Jewelry Week, stated: “Bringing DJW to Milan is an important milestone. The combination of our immersive digital platform and the in-person event allows us to open new avenues in the jewelry industry. With over 60 participants, including established brands and emerging designers from Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, DJW 2024 represents an unparalleled platform to showcase innovative jewelry projects. The event highlights the creativity of future leading artists and offers a unique space for networking and idea exchange in the heart of Milan.

GemGenève will finance the production of the jewelry piece created by the winner and will offer a stand at GemGenève 2025. Mathieu Dekeukelaire, Director of GemGenève, commented: “While we believe in the necessity of physical events for human connections, we are proud to support DJW in its innovative digital approach to present young designers and new brands.”

The event will also provide opportunities for students and emerging talents to showcase their work, with the chance to win significant prizes, including exposure at GemGenève 2025 and the production of the winning piece by Cozzari Jewelry.
