In Geneva, the capital of Swiss and global Haute Horlogerie, Watches & Wonders has opened its doors. Ongoing until 2nd April, it welcomes an international public of professionals and watch enthusiasts in its two versions: indoors with the Show hosted at the Palaexpo, and outdoors with “In the City” featuring events and open boutiques in the streets of the old city center.

To be more precise, the days dedicated to the public are 1st and 2nd April, 48 hours in which to discover the latest technological marvels by the 48 exhibiting brands, including the most authoritative historical manufacturers, the most interesting artisan studios and independent brands. On show, authentic rarities, unique pieces, new collections, as well as the latest trends displayed at the Show's LAB to understand in which direction the sector is heading. Art is also given room with the exhibition “What time is it?” by Karine Bauzin, a Swiss photographer who has developed her artistic perception of time.

At the same time, in the streets of Geneva, a circuit has been set up signposted by “WandW” totems. The various stop-offs include the famous boutiques of Rue Basses, where visitors can physically handle vintage and new pieces and meet master watchmakers intent on explaining the secrets of an ancient art. Unique opportunities to be seized, taking advantage of the evening opening until 9 pm, to also enjoy a full program of entertainment on five different stages, where artists, dancers and musicians take turns.
