Oroarezzo 2025: New Opportunities for Jewelry and Technology
From May 10th to 13th, the 44th edition of Oroarezzo returns to Arezzo Fiere e Congressi, offering new opportunities for key players in the Made in Italy and international jewelry and technology sectors
Oroarezzo is preparing to welcome international leaders in the Made in Italy jewelry and goldsmithing sectors, with the 44th edition of the fair organized by Italian Exhibition Group, taking place from May 10 to 13 at Arezzo Fiere e Congressi.
The event brings together the excellence of industrial production from the Arezzo district, which is the national leader in exports: according to the latest data compiled in January by Confindustria Federorafi for a research study on the goldsmith and jewelry sector conducted by Mediobanca, Arezzo continues to lead with a 119% growth, reaching a value of 5.3 billion euros.
With the aim of reinforcing the strategic role of the fair for the global jewelry industry, IEG is renewing its product offering and exhibition layout, selecting key foreign buyers for the Made in Italy export markets, thanks to the support of ICE Agency. Furthermore, the fair will strengthen its focus on technology and international seminars for professionals.
Oroarezzo returns after a significant increase in visitors at the 2024 edition, which saw a +6.5% rise compared to 2023, an 8.7% increase over 2019, and a 9% rise in international visitors from 109 countries. Of the 360 exhibitors, the share of international participants grew by 12%.
In the 2025 edition, the craftsmanship and design expertise of Arezzo will take center stage in the foyer of Arezzo Fiere e Congressi with the unique pieces of Première, the competition that celebrates creativity in precious design, based on a theme that will be revealed by Oroarezzo’s art director Beppe Angiolini in the coming weeks.
For international professionals, Oroarezzo continues to be the ideal setting for networking opportunities, thanks to the historic and cultural context offered by the city. This year, the main event for exhibitors, buyers, and partners will be the staging of Puccini’s “Gianni Schicchi. Comic Opera in One Act,” with the Orchestra of Tuscany conducted by Fabrizio Maria Carminati. Maestro Mario Cassi and the students of “Le Stanze dell’Opera” will be the stars of the performance, directed by Manu Lalli. The opera will be staged on May 12 at Teatro Petrarca, thanks to the collaboration between Italian Exhibition Group, the City of Arezzo, the Guido d'Arezzo Foundation, and the support of Confindustria Federorafi.
