The Istanbul Jewelry Show Is Back
From 24-27 March, the Istanbul Jewelry Show opens its door to welcome visitors and exhibitors with a wide offer, from gold to precious, semiprecious stones and machinery
It is certainly not the first time. In fact, from 24 to 27 March 2022, the Istanbul Jewelry Show returns for the 51st edition. A secure platform where industry leaders can experiment and deliver the latest products, services and technology solutions while rewriting trends and concluding new business deals between exhibitors and buyers.
Sponsored by IGI, the International Gemological Institute, a worldwide authority for the classification of diamonds and precious stones, the exhibition will present over 1,250 local and international jewelry companies with a wide range of products and spanning various sectors, from gold, diamonds, colored stones, precious and semiprecious, pearls, silver, as well as objects for industry, decorations for shop windows, machinery and equipment, safes and lighting. The exhibitors will present their products and their collections to over 30,000 professionals from around the world, demonstrating the importance of these four days. In fact, in the October 2021 edition there was a huge success and impact on the jewelry sector around the world. Compared to the 2019 exhibition, the number of European visitors increased by 45%, + 43% those from Russia and the CIS countries, + 37% from North America which also includes the United States and + 1% also from the Middle East. The trade agreements entered into during the previous edition have positively contributed to the world jewelry market and in particular to exports of Turkish jewelry. It is no coincidence that since 1986, the Istanbul Jewelry Show fairs, organized by Informa Markets, have been able to meet the needs of a constantly growing industry.
