Valenza Gem Forum 2024: Innovation and Excellence at the Heart of Piedmontese High Jewelry
The Valenza Gem Forum 2024, taking place on October 10 in Valenza, explores innovation and sustainability in the jewelry sector, bringing together leaders and experts to discuss global and local strategies
The Valenza Gem Forum, dedicated to Piedmontese high jewelry, returns on October 10 at the Teatro Sociale in Valenza, offering a comprehensive reflection on the dynamics of the sector. The program includes discussions on sourcing, innovation in processing, traceability, certifications, distribution, and sustainability, with a keen eye on the global geopolitical context.
Promoted by the Fondazione Mani Intelligenti and Vicenzaoro from Italian Exhibition Group, in collaboration with Assogemme and CIBJO - the World Jewelry Confederation, the forum is titled “Excellence and Innovation in the Global Geopolitical Context.” This second edition will gather leaders from the Valenza district, industry associations, and local institutions to share innovations and best practices, creating synergies along the entire jewelry value chain.
The summit will begin with a macroeconomic analysis of the global context and address strategic issues related to precious stones and diamonds, which are key elements of Valenza's excellence. The discussion aims to stimulate a dialogue on value creation and strategies to reach the final consumer, emphasizing the importance of clear value transfer throughout all stages of the production process, from raw material selection to distribution.
The afternoon session will feature international leaders in the sector such as De Beers, Vhernier, Gübelin, and Progold, alongside representatives from key institutions and industry associations.
The Valenza Gem Forum enjoys the patronage of local and regional entities, including the Municipality of Valenza, the Province of Alessandria, the Region of Piedmont, and various sector representative organizations.
