«With the system of which Vicenzaoro is the cornerstone, IEG wanted to foster the matching of supply and demand and create a community that can support entrepreneurs in every respect. In recent years, the jewelry agenda has been enriched with successful formats: first and foremost with VO Vintage, which from this edition is repeating the now customary January event in September; then with The Vicenza Symposium, the first edition of which opens tomorrow, implementing the high-tech component; and with the historic and timeless Oroarezzo, revitalized in every aspect. All this while awaiting what will happen in exactly one year. We are halfway through the construction of the new pavilion, which will elevate our trade fair district to a new level of hospitality. Incorporating T.Gold with the rest of the exhibition will mean representing the entire supply chain in a single location, significantly improving the visitor experience and business opportunities. Updated layouts and services will do the rest, giving Vicenzaoro the "look" it deserves to consolidate its position as Europe's leading event. This leadership is due to the rich variety of offerings: from the Look community, with "everyday use" gold and silver jewelry, to Expression, for packaging, and Glamroom, a capsule collection focused on fashion jewelry, all the way to Icon, where haute joaillerie finds its finest expression. The Essence - Gems, Diamonds, Corals and Pearls area offers a carefully selected selection of precious raw material dealers, supporting retailers seeking both stones and suppliers capable of fully managing the creation of private label collections. Finally, there's the Design Room, which, in addition to highlighting some of the most established independent designers on the international scene, with its The 8 project, also gives space to new generations of creatives.»

Farsura then looks beyond the borders... «It's clear that internationalization is now a fundamental pillar of Vicenzaoro. This is demonstrated by the data relating, on the one hand, to foreign exhibitors—a consolidated presence of 40% of the show's offerings—and on the other, to visitors, of whom approximately half come from abroad; to international exhibitors, which are constantly growing—40% in January 2025—and to visitors, equal to 75% of the total audience. In January, we attracted buyers from 145 countries, the fruit of a very specific strategy that increased international appeal for all visitor targets: first and foremost, the selection of companies and buyers, then the program of events designed for an increasingly global market, and the speakers at the various talks and seminars. Cibjo and other institutions are important partners for us in this regard, supporting us in creating a constantly updated program with all the latest industry news. In less than five years, Vicenzaoro has gone from being Europe's most important jewelry event to a top spot in the world, thanks in part to other IEG-led gems. In addition to the Italian events of Oroarezzo, the Jewellery Summit, and the Valenza Gem Forum, this includes JGT in Dubai, a B2B format launched in 2022 and held in joint venture with Informa Markets (scheduled for November 11-13 at the Dubai Expo Center). This is a strategic platform for engaging jewelry, precious stones, and high-tech buyers, particularly from India and Central Africa. Also in focus is Sije in Singapore, a constantly growing B2B and B2C event, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. Sije is a 100% proprietary format, a crucial step in positioning Vicenzaoro's flagship event in rapidly growing markets whose buyers are not typically drawn to Europe. Our long-term vision is paying off: we can now say we've created a one-of-a-kind system, with events that are highly interconnected to support a global business logic».
