Diama featuring Swarovski Created Diamonds

Diama featuring Swarovski Created Diamonds

Designed expressly for the young at heart, the spirit of Diama is classic, yet fresh and dynamic in its appeal. Each piece is intended as a constant companion, easily and effortlessly worn and suitable for any occasion. This new brand has decided to come out for the USA market with an offer of six collections made in 18 carat white, yellow and pink gold, embellished by Swarovski Created Diamonds.

All Diama jewelry pieces seamlessly combine sheer natural beauty with cutting-edge scientific expertise, and feature Swarovski Created Diamonds set in an elegant ‘knife-edge’ 18k gold setting. Swarovski Created Diamonds are identical to mined diamonds according to their optical, physical and chemical properties. They are diamonds with all of the essential qualities of a diamond, only the origin is a laboratory, not the earth. Most importantly, the created diamond borne out of a high tech laboratory environment is not only of the highest quality; it is also environmentally friendly, conflict free and sustainable.

The designs of all six inaugural collections, Signature, Intimate, Bloom, Encounter, Lace and Glacial, are abstract jewel-scapes, focusing on a single round created diamond set amongst a number of other diamonds ‘dancing’ in attendance. The name, DIAMA, is an amalgam of Dia for diamond and Ama for love, and expresses the timeless concept of dualities, such as art and science or man and nature. The core of all jewelry designs is the concept of “The Power of Two”: two diamonds (or multiples of two) stand for man and nature, art and science, a couple in love. Yet above all, Diama expresses one overarching theme that has been a constant throughout the centuries, a woman and her love of diamonds.
